About the job

We are looking for a team player who can proactively and collaboratively apply their existing performance marketing expertise and provide leadership on tools and approaches. As Performance Marketing Manager your key responsibility will be to drive user & player acquisition and retention to our supported games on the platform by building and driving precision targeted media campaigns across digital media platforms. Some of your responsibilities:

– Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics

– Constantly track, optimize and report on active campaigns to improve return on investment, CPA, and other KPIs

– Forecast and allocate budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to advertising spend

– Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests and spend scaling tests for campaigns

– Test new channels and trends in reaching target audiences

Your profile

You will play an important role in taking Challengermode to the next level thus, you should desire to go above and beyond to produce the best work results! We believe that you are proactive by nature and have the ability to prioritize your work effectively. You are ambitious and will show significant drive in everything you do. Furthermore working in a team is something you like doing and you are highly dependable in delivering according to set tasks. We believe that you have: – 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.

– English language skills to business standard, both written and spoken.

– Good understanding of audience, budget management and measurement.

– Technical interest and an eye for details.

– Experience from working in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and Google Analytics. – An interest in esport & games either as a player or from within the industry
