About the job

As our Global Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the content marketing plan and the overall success of content marketing initiatives. You will guide, facilitate, manage, edit and distribute. It will furthermore be your responsibility to lead the development of content initiatives and ensure that content, in all formats, is on-brand. Some of your tasks:

– Plan and execute the content strategy as well as supervising the content calendar.

– Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams, as well as customers and industry experts to plan and produce relevant content.

– Plan and produce resources to drive awareness, thought leadership, subscribers and sales qualified leads (examples include but are not limited to use cases, whitepapers, e-books, infographics, guidaes, templates, etc.).

– Make sure that Lexplore Tone of Voice is according to established brand guidelines.

– Apply SEO strategy when producing content to maximize traffic equity.

Your profile

We believe that you are passionate about digital marketing and providing a first-class customer experience. We also think you are eager to work impact driven with an idea that makes a difference. We believe that you:

– Are fluent in mainly English, and preferably Swedish as well.

– Have experience from Digital Marketing, Content Management, copywriting or equivalent working experience.

– Have experience of planning, producing and distributing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (website, blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

– Have past professional experience of guiding a content marketing strategy

– Have experience building audiences either online or offline

– Have experience of project management and/or supervising teams in a multilingual setting.

– Have a dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
